Questions about suitability, availability or cost are all welcome — you don't need to know what you want from therapy before you make contact.

Write to me

I read everything that comes in and reply as soon as I can, usually within a day or two.

Please enter your first name.

Please enter an email address I can reply to.

Optional, but it saves a round of emails.

A brief idea of what you'd like to work on is helpful — but it isn't necessary.

Please write a short message.

Phone, WhatsApp or email

For some people picking up the phone is easier than writing. Either is fine.

Common questions

Cost and confidentiality

How much does counselling cost?

The fee is listed above. Every effort is made to keep the service available to anyone who feels they need it — so if cost is the thing standing in your way, say so when you get in touch.

Is therapy completely confidential?

In almost all situations, yes. Counselling and psychotherapy is a confidential service.

There are narrow legal and ethical exceptions — obligations under child protection law, for instance, which exist to protect the welfare of children and minors. I'll explain confidentiality and exactly where its limits are in the first session, before you decide to go any further.
